SPARK is looking for a Creative Director (Art & Design) to join the team. Our Creative Directors lead multiple brands and teams through marketing and ad campaigns, defining a vision and executing it while teaching team members. They challenge us and our clients to pursue exciting opportunities.

The Basics

8+ years experience in a similar role at an in-house, brand, or advertising agency. Award-winning portfolio with Regional and National clients in various media including TV, OOH, digital, and brand experiences.

• Collaborate with other departments and clients to inspire and shape the strategy.
• Lead creative solutions seamlessly across all media/applications.

Integrated Approach

• Lead outcomes that work across all media/applications.
• Educate teams on integrating visual and verbal elements.

Concept

• Inspire integrated creative solutions for short-term campaigns and long-term results.

Refine/Evolution

• Set high expectations and challenge teams and clients for creative opportunities.

Execution

• Collaborate across departments for efficient execution and high standards.

Presentation

• Facilitate internal and external collaboration and elevate ideas.
• Lead client presentations effectively.

• Use client relationships to improve creative outcomes and success.

Experience

• 8+ years experience in a similar role. Award-winning portfolio with Regional and National clients. Compelling presentation skills. Experience in managing creative teams and mentoring. Solutions-oriented thinker. Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud. Bachelor's Degree in relevant field.
