Job Overview
This position is responsible for making sure that engineering and manufacturing processes are performed correctly using the right tools, materials and processes. This includes ensuring that employees are trained to the right quality standard and that all safety requirements are met throughout the production process and facilities. This is a ‘hands-on' position that requires solid understanding of manufacturing process, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills when working with production assemblers, soldering specialists, and test technicians.
