We are seeking a Director of Enterprise Applications to lead and innovate our IT infrastructure at North Idaho College. In this pivotal role, you will coordinate the development, implementation, and evaluation of critical enterprise applications, including our student information system. Your leadership will ensure the usability, security, performance, and availability of these systems, all while fostering collaboration across campus departments.

As the Director, you'll provide guidance and mentoring to a skilled team, manage a variety of IT projects, and act as a liaison between enterprise applications and other areas on campus. This is a dynamic opportunity for a leader with expertise in IT hardware, software, and application development.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to solve complex problems, and a proven track record of managing IT projects with diverse stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and a minimum three years full-time equivalent related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience managing a team required. Experience with administering enterprise applications is required.

Starting pay range: $84,283 - $101,140
Pay Grade: P11A

Work Site Location: Coeur d' Alene Campus
Work Schedule: typically Mon-Thurs 7:30-5:00, Fri 7:30-2:30
